This course acclimates students to the applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supply chain management (SCM) across various business contexts and domains. Students will examine different types of AI algorithms used in SCM, see how AI is implemented in supply chain processes, explore the effects and implications of AI implementations for various stakeholders, consider ethical implications and potential biases of AI in SCM, and discuss the future of AI in supply chain management. Through case studies, hands-on exercises, and a group project, students will then assess how AI is transforming the supply chain landscape. 3 credit hours.
