To support corporate strategy, management aims to reduce immediate costs and manage hidden elements such as quality, risks, and supplier relationships. Explores topics in purchasing and sourcing and necessary analytical tools, such as quality and quantity control and spreadsheet cost modeling, to prepare for purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain management careers. 3 credit hours.
