This course serves as a continuation of MILS 1111, emphasizing the Army components of physical fitness; cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Students continue to develop their understanding of Army programs, planning, and training methodologies focused around functional fitness to include leading small group practical exercises and developing small group fitness plans. An essential objective for each student is to achieve a minimum score in the Army Fitness test for record. 1 credit hours.
