Examination of topics in the study of rhetoric such as ethos, histories of rhetoric, rhetorical theory, visual rhetoric, the rhetoric of technology and science, the Sophists, rhetoric as epistemic, and the work of key figures (e.g., Baudrillard, Burke, Foucault, Spivak).
