Native American History in the Nineteenth Century

Examines the interaction of Native Americans and "whites" during the nineteenth century, primarily in the region west of the Appalachians to the Pacific. Will focus on the cultures of the desert Southwest in the Spanish colonial period. 3 credit hours.

Prerequisite: Completion of a 060 core course.
