School of Arts and Humanities
Examines the idea of race and the history of racism and anti-Semitism. Subject matter will vary from semester to semester, but topics will, in addition to the history of racism in the 20th century, include the ways in which race features in religion, nationalism, philosophy, and sciences on ideas of race and the politics of racism. May be repeated for credit as topics vary (9 semester credit hours maximum). 3 credit hours.
Prerequisite: Completion of a 060 core course.
